We conduct searches on a retained basis for some of the top engineering and architectural firms in the country. Matteson Partners has developed a unique and comprehensive development process that enhances the placement process for professionals. We support that process with a Manager of Candidate Development devoted exclusively to our Candidates. Our process has been developed to understand both the client needs and the career path of the candidate. Some of the key points in our process: Confidentiality – The firm carefully protects the confidentiality of both clients and candidates. We hold each resume that we receive in complete confidence and work hard to match a candidate’s career path with appropriate positions. Opportunity – We keep each candidate’s resume on file, should an opportunity arise that fits their expertise. We strive to generate ongoing contact with our candidates in order to assess their career needs. Facilitated Placements – We work with each candidate to ensure that the targeted placement is a position that the candidate wants to fulfill and is qualified to add value for the client. We never submit blind resumes to clients and never submit resumes without candidate approval. Expertise – Mr. Wayne McDonald is the firm’s Managing Partner and is the lead partner on most engineering and architectural searches. He has developed an expertise in assisting engineering candidates and clients to achieve success in career placement. Relationships – We are committed to helping candidates find positions that will further them in their desired career path.
